About Dominion Partners

Dominion Partners is operated by Coordinated Dominion Pty Ltd and provides an ongoing financial organisation and accountability membership.

Our purpose is to help Australians better understand their current financial position, keep important financial information and commitments organised, maintain visibility over their priorities and progress, and stay accountable to the actions and decisions they choose to pursue.

Dominion Partners does not provide personal financial advice, financial product advice, credit assistance, legal advice or taxation advice, and does not make financial decisions on behalf of members.

Nature of our services

Dominion Partners provides organisational, administrative, educational and accountability services. Depending on the stage of the Dominion Method™ and the information available, our services may include:

  • Organising financial information supplied by you;
  • Preparing factual summaries, calculations and structured reports;
  • Helping you maintain visibility over financial commitments, priorities and goals;
  • Recording actions, responsibilities and progress;
  • Providing regular check-ins, reminders and accountability;
  • Coordinating information and authorised communications with your nominated professionals;
  • Preparing periodic progress comparisons and reviews; and
  • Helping keep your financial picture current as circumstances change.

No financial advice or regulated financial services

Dominion Partners is not authorised under an Australian financial services licence to provide financial product advice. We do not provide personal financial advice or general financial product advice.

Information, calculations, reports, discussions and communications from Dominion Partners must not be interpreted as a recommendation or statement of opinion intended to influence you to acquire, dispose of, retain, switch or vary a financial product or credit product.

Where a matter requires regulated or specialist advice, obtain advice from an appropriately qualified and, where required, licensed professional before acting.

No financial product or credit recommendations

Dominion Partners does not recommend, endorse or advise you to acquire, sell, retain, switch, refinance, vary or dispose of any financial product or credit product.

We may organise factual information you provide about products or liabilities you already hold, record decisions you have made, or help prepare questions for a licensed professional. That organisational work is not a recommendation about what you should do.

The Dominion Method™

The Dominion Method™ is Dominion Partners’ proprietary framework for financial organisation, accountability, progress visibility and coordination.

It may include financial information gathering, a Financial Snapshot, prepared Financial Insights, a proposed 12-Month Dominion Blueprint, regular check-ins, progress reporting, reminders, periodic reviews and other organisational services. Nothing within the Dominion Method™ is intended to constitute financial advice or a recommendation.

Calculations, scenarios and illustrative projections

Dominion Partners may provide factual calculations, summaries, comparisons, progress measures and illustrative scenarios based on information supplied by you and clearly stated assumptions.

Any scenario, projection, range, timeline or future-oriented illustration supports organisation, understanding and discussion. It is not a prediction, guarantee, promise of performance or recommendation.

Actual outcomes may differ materially as circumstances, decisions, rates, fees, markets, laws and professional advice change. You remain responsible for deciding what actions, if any, to take.

Your responsibility and decision-making authority

You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and for deciding whether and how to act on information organised or presented by Dominion Partners.

Dominion Partners does not control your bank accounts, investments, borrowing, spending, insurance, taxation, legal affairs or implementation decisions. Review all deliverables and promptly tell us if information is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or has materially changed.

Information quality, sources and assumptions

Dominion Partners relies substantially on information supplied by you and may also use documents, information from nominated professionals, system records or other authorised sources.

Incomplete, inaccurate, stale or contradictory information can affect calculations, reports, scenarios and progress comparisons. Estimates and assumptions should not be treated as confirmed facts.

Professional coordination

Where authorised, Dominion Partners may coordinate information with professionals you nominate, including financial advisers, accountants, mortgage brokers, solicitors, insurance and tax professionals.

We act only as an organisational coordinator. We do not direct or supervise an independent professional’s judgement, accept responsibility for their advice, or make decisions on your behalf.

Proprietary technology, artificial intelligence and automation

Dominion Partners uses proprietary technology, together with artificial intelligence and automation, to support authorised operational and member-service functions.

AI-assisted outputs can contain errors. Dominion Partners applies human oversight and approval controls to client-facing outputs. Our systems do not independently provide advice, make financial decisions, recommend products or authorise transactions.

No custody, transaction authority or access to funds

Dominion Partners does not hold client money, operate trust accounts for members, retain internet-banking passwords, execute financial transactions, make payments, transfer money, trade investments or manage investment portfolios.

You retain ownership and control of your money, accounts and financial decisions at all times.

No guarantee of outcomes

Dominion Partners does not guarantee debt reduction, savings growth, wealth creation, investment performance, budgeting outcomes, financial confidence, achievement of goals or any other financial or personal outcome.

Outcomes may be affected by your decisions and actions, income, expenses, market conditions, interest rates, fees, laws and events outside Dominion Partners’ control.

Third-party technology and service providers

Dominion Partners uses third-party software, cloud, communications, payment, automation, document, analytics and artificial-intelligence providers to operate and deliver its services.

Third-party services may experience outages, errors, delays, security incidents or changes outside our reasonable control.
